Before: a worn, chipping gray garage floor
The existing garage floor had been painted gray, but the old paint was chipping and the finish had become visibly uneven. Loose, failing paint is not a dependable foundation for a new coating, so the deteriorated surface had to be addressed before the three-coat system was installed.

The three-coat garage floor system
This Seminole project used three distinct coating layers. First, an epoxy base coat created the foundation of the new floor. Next, Domino decorative flakes were broadcast into the coating for the full-flake appearance. A clear polyaspartic topcoat completed the system and sealed the decorative layer. The entire garage-floor transformation was completed over two days.
After: Domino full-flake garage floor

The finished result
The chipping gray painted floor was replaced by a uniform Domino full-flake finish. The before-and-after photos show the difference across the full two-car garage, including the doorway and threshold details.
